Active Noise Cancellation

Galaxy Buds Core support Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) to help reduce surrounding noise while listening. When you need to hear what is happening around you, Ambient Sound can let external sound back in without removing the earbuds.

Samsung equips the Buds Core with a total of 6 microphones, with three microphones on each earbud. The multi-mic setup is designed to improve voice pickup during calls while helping separate your voice from surrounding noise.
