1. Overview

This website is operated by Parvez Mobile Master, owned and operated by Parvez Malik. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Parvez Mobile Master.

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of parvezmobilemaster.com, including purchases of mobile phones and other products, repair requests, and any related services offered through the website (collectively, the “Services”). Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform used to offer the Services.

By accessing the website, placing an order, submitting a repair request, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available to you under applicable consumer protection law.

2. Eligibility and Account Information

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law to place an order. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete contact, billing, shipping, and payment information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity carried out through your account.

3. Products and Availability

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, specifications, images, colours, prices, and availability accurately. Actual colours and appearance may vary depending on your screen or device settings. Product images may include accessories or packaging for illustration unless expressly stated as included.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct listing errors, update product information, or discontinue a product without prior notice. If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, including cancellation and refund where applicable.

4. Pricing, Taxes, Payment, and EMI

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR). Applicable taxes, delivery charges, or other charges will be shown at checkout or otherwise communicated before order confirmation.

We may correct an obvious pricing or listing error before dispatch. If this affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you so you can confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a refund.

Payment must be completed using the methods available at checkout. EMI is available on all mobile phones sold through our store and is subject to the customer eligibility, approval, interest, fees, tenure, and other terms of the relevant bank, lender, card issuer, or payment provider. EMI is not offered on accessories or other products unless expressly stated.

5. Orders and Cancellations

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order acknowledgement does not by itself mean that the order has been accepted. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for valid reasons, including product unavailability, payment failure, suspected fraud, an incorrect price, or an error in the product listing.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. A cancellation request may be accepted only if the order has not already been processed or dispatched. If we cancel a prepaid order, the amount paid will be refunded to the original payment method in accordance with applicable processing timelines.

Products purchased from us are intended for personal or household use and not for unauthorised commercial resale.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping availability, estimated delivery times, charges, and other delivery conditions are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, incorrect or incomplete addresses, weather, public holidays, serviceability, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Please inspect the package at delivery and promptly report visible damage, missing items, or an incorrect product to our support team.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

Returns, replacements, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our current Refund Policy. Eligibility may depend on the product category, condition, original packaging, proof of purchase, inspection results, and the time within which the request is made.

Where a manufacturer or authorised service centre is responsible for a warranty claim, we may guide you through the applicable process, but the final decision may be made by that manufacturer or service centre.

8. Mobile Repair Services

Repair requests submitted through the website are requests for inspection and do not guarantee that a device can be repaired. Any initial estimate based on the information or photographs supplied by you may change after physical diagnosis. We will seek your approval before carrying out additional chargeable work that materially changes the agreed estimate.

Before submitting or handing over a device for repair, you should:

• back up important data;

• remove SIM cards, memory cards, and unrelated accessories unless requested;

• disable device locks or provide temporary access where necessary for diagnosis; and

• disclose any previous repair, liquid damage, physical damage, or other known issue.

Repair work may involve opening, testing, resetting, or updating the device. Although reasonable care will be taken, data loss can occur during diagnosis or repair. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for data that was not backed up before the device was submitted.

Parts availability, repair time, final cost, and any service warranty will be stated in the estimate, invoice, job sheet, or other written confirmation provided for that repair. Any service warranty applies only to the specific part or work identified and does not cover unrelated faults, accidental or liquid damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or further physical damage, unless required by law.

9. Manufacturer Warranty

Manufacturer warranties, where available, are provided under the relevant brand’s terms and may require an invoice, serial number, IMEI, original packaging, or inspection by an authorised service centre. We do not extend or replace a manufacturer’s warranty unless we expressly confirm a separate warranty in writing.

10. Accuracy of Website Information

We may correct typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to descriptions, specifications, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery charges, availability, or other website content. We may update or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary and will provide a refund where payment has been collected for an order we cannot fulfil.

11. Acceptable Use

You must not use the website or Services:

• for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or misleading activity;

• to violate the rights of another person;

• to upload malicious code or interfere with website security or operation;

• to collect or misuse personal information without authorisation;

• to impersonate another person or provide false information; or

• to place fraudulent orders, misuse promotions, or attempt unauthorised resale.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated.

The website and its original content, including the Parvez Mobile Master name, logo, graphics, text, photographs, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the website only for personal, non-commercial shopping and service-related purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.

Third-party brand names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for identification or product information.

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you acknowledge that your information may be processed by Shopify and other service providers as necessary to operate the store, process payments, fulfil orders, provide repairs, prevent fraud, and support customers.

15. Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

If you submit a review, suggestion, photograph, or other feedback, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, obscene, or infringing. You allow us to use and display that submission for operating, improving, or promoting our Services, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy. We may remove submissions that violate these Terms.

16. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

We aim to keep the website and Services accurate, secure, and available, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Services and website content are provided subject to availability and applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from use of the website, third-party services, or products, including loss of profits or data. Our liability for a valid claim relating to an order or paid service will not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product or service, except where a higher liability or remedy is required by applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or statutory consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate us for reasonable losses, claims, or costs arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms, or your infringement of another person’s rights. This section does not apply to losses caused by our own breach, negligence, or unlawful conduct.

18. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you materially breach these Terms, misuse the website, engage in suspected fraud, or create a security risk. Rights and obligations relating to completed orders, payments, intellectual property, liability, and dispute resolution will continue where their nature requires them to survive termination.

19. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to mandatory consumer protection rights and the jurisdiction of any competent consumer commission or other statutory authority, disputes will be subject to the courts and tribunals having jurisdiction in Nainital district, Uttarakhand.

20. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay or failure to enforce any right does not waive that right.

Changes will apply from the date stated and will not unfairly reduce rights relating to an order already accepted unless required by law.
